We assembled 870 shish kabobs for the Fair yesterday. This is the jolly, energetic crew that helped us do it in just 4 hrs! The shish kabobs will be available in the Mediterranean food booth.

This weekend, Nov 22 & 23, is fondly called French Fry Weekend.  On Saturday and Sunday, we will wash, punch & blanch 1500 pounds of sweet potato fries and 2500 pounds of white potato French fries….That’s 2 tons of fries!!!
