Updates from the Fiber Crafts Shop

We’re finishing up our last week of preparation for this year’s Fair! Threading the demonstration loom for the fair with the naturally colored green and brown cotton. We’re introducing Street Tacos and Puerto Rican Empanadas to our food choices this year! We had a trial run last week, and everyone came away with rave reviews! We’ve also added grilled Mexican corn. Stop by during the Fair for a sample of these new food items!    

The new platform is taking shape

We have a new platform this year for our musicians and choirs! After being used for the past 25 years, the old platform had seen better days. Making Fresh Pretzels and Pretzel Dogs for the Fair! These won’t be baked until the Fair, so they’ll be fresh and hot when you get them! You can also make your own pretzel during the Fair inside the Craft Pavilion. (1 on the Fair Map)
