Our Potters are loading the kiln at the Potter’s house today. This is the first kiln load of pottery made for the Fair this year, and we will be running the kiln through multiple firing non-stop from now until the Fair.
If you’d like to see the kiln in action, stop by the craft village now, before the Fair (call ahead to check the firing schedule). During the Fair, the pottery will be displayed in the main pavilion and no firing will be accessible to the public, so don’t wait for the Fair to see this.
