300 pounds of Smoked Gouda, Cheddar and Mozzarella
20 Gallons of Cheese Sauce
We boil the noodles in 100 pound batches, and grate all the cheese by hand. We will have Green Chili Macaroni and Cheese, Plain Cheese and a new flavor this year, Buttered Chicken.
