Our pretzel dogs aren’t just a run-of-the-mill lunch. Starting with locally sourced, grass-fed beef and our own signature spice blend, our butchers first run the meat through the grinder three times, and then stuff and smoke the hot dogs. Once the dogs come out of the smoker they are plunged briefly into ice water to chill and soften. They are then sent over to the bakers who carefully wrap each one by hand in strips of soft pretzel dough. They’ll be waiting for you hot and juicy out of the oven in the pretzel booth in Food Court A.
